Coordinators Needed:

Aid Station Coordinator:  This involves getting in touch with all of the aid station teams, and buying all of the cups, acquiring all tables and drink (igloo) coolers, cookies and fruit for the aid stations.  Meeting with the aid station teams on the day prior to the race, and making sure that all of the aid station material is returned and cleaned after the race.  The aid station coordinator would be free to race in the Tour, but involves a significant time commitment before and after the race.  - filled

Registration Chair: This would involve coordinating the registration process, and working with race chair to register people during late registration at the APU athletic facility.   It would also involve the race seeding process and assigning of bib numbers and trouble shooting the registration process.  A thorough knowledge of excel spread sheets.    Also, there is the "Day of Race" registrants to facilitate---make sure they get into the data base .  This person would also be free to ski the race, but it would take time before the race.

Race Finish Coordinator:  This would involve making sure everything works at the race finish.    A list of activities would be:  setting up and taking down the stadium (usually we have had UAA ski team members help with this)  this is with the blue fencing, lathe, finish line, sponsors posters, etc.    Also this would involve coordinating the passing out of the zipper pulls---this might be done by a team of people.  The race finish coordinator would be free to race in the Tour, but involves a significant time commitment before and after the race---mainly organizing other volunteers.

Race Announcer: This person will work during the race to announce race finishers.   The announcer would use a computer to recall names (by putting in the bib number) and using the sound system in the top of the timing building in the stadium at Kincaid.
